Payment & Cancellation Policy

​

At Evergreen Mobile Notary Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and reliability, we maintain the following policies:

 

Payment at Booking

  • Securing Your Appointment: Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, and cash for in-person services.

  • Fees: Any applicable fees are disclosed upfront and included in your booking total.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no cost.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though we will do our best to reschedule at your convenience.

  • No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

  • Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Beyond that, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

 

Business-Initiated Cancellation

In the rare event we must cancel, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your convenience.
