New experiences can be overwhelming. You may be asking your self, what's an appointment with a mobile notary like? I will meet you at your convenience at a location that works for you. Maybe it's a coffee shop because you need a cup of something warm in between grocery shopping and picking up the kids from school. We will sit down together and go over the following:

Identity Verification – Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued ID. In the state of Virginia acceptable forms of ID are:

  • A United States Passport

  • A United States Passport Card

  • A Certificate of United States Citizenship

  • A Certificate of Naturalization

  • A Foreign Passport

  • A United States Green Card with Photograph

  • A State Issued Driver’s License

  • A State Issued Identification Card

  • A United States Military Identification Card

A Quick Review of the Document – Evergreen Mobile Notary will not provide legal advice, but we will ensure that the document is filled out completely with no blank spaces, missing pages, or unsigned sections.

Your Signature – You will sign the in front of the notary. If a witness if required, we can help with that too.

The Notary Seal – Once everything is verified, the certified notary signs and stamps the document. That seal is what makes it official!

You may ask yourself why to choose a mobile notary? Life doesn’t happen between 9 and 5. Evergreen Mobile Notary meets you where you are. Whether it is at your home, office, hospital, or another convenient location, we ensure your documents are handled with professionalism, privacy, and care.
